Yena Zonke Terms of Use
PARTIES ENGAGING WITH YENA ZONKE ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:

– They may not use Yena Zonke in an abusive manner that leads to complaints, disputes, reversals of payments, chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties, or other liabilities to Yena Zonke, its customers, third parties, or buyers.
– They may not introduce any viruses, worms, trojans, malicious code, or other harmful programs to Yena Zonke’s website or systems.
– Crawling, spidering, or scraping of content is prohibited, except by recognized search engines (e.g., Google) for indexing purposes.
– They may not remove or alter Yena Zonke’s copyright notices or other identifiers, including watermarks, from the website.
– They may not distribute or publish any part of Yena Zonke’s information or content on any publicly accessible electronic network or display it in a manner that could negatively impact Yena Zonke’s reputation.
If Yena Zonke suspects that a seller or buyer is engaging in or assisting others in these prohibited activities, it reserves the right to gather evidence, including IP addresses, business names, telephone numbers, and email addresses, to investigate the matter.
LIMITATION ON GOODS TO BE SOLD BY THE VENDOR
– The following items are not recognized as acceptable goods by Yena Zonke and may not be sold:
– Shipments of materials prohibited by national, provincial, or local law.
– Alcohol, narcotics, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia.
– Yena Zonke reserves the right irrevocably to view any and all goods offered to Yena Zonke.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
